International DJ and Producer DJ Rim lives from his passion for music. From House to Electro Music, DJ Rim explores daring styles, inflaming audiences at radio shows, clubs and private parties in Switzerland, Europe and Africa.
Spotted by NRJ radio in 2007, he made his entrance as resident DJ and mixed every weekend in “NRJ Extravadance”, the programme with the biggest audience in French-speaking Switzerland (over 90,000 listeners every weekend), which brings together the world’s bigest DJS: Martin Solveig, Bob Sinclar, Tiësto, The Swedish House Mafia, Avicii, Laurent Wolf, Remady, Antoine Clamaran and DJ Rim.
As resident DJ at international parties run by the famous “Stars&Heroes” agency (in Africa), the “NRJ Music Tour” (Switzerland) and in some of Europe’s most popular clubs (in Switzerland, France, and other…), his rising career attracted attention in music circles. Now a leading player in the Swiss scene, DJ Rim has had opportunities to mix at concerts and after-parties given by superstars such as AKON, BIG ALI, KAT DELUNA, BRICK & LACE, ALESHA DIXON and many more.
His first single “Alright” was playlisted on NRJ and FG DJ Radio and went straight into the charts and the top 100 DJ Yacast of music most often played in clubs in France. His title has been remixed by influential producers such as John Revox and Alan Master T.
Always on the lookout for catchy rhythms and spellbinding voices, he brought out his 2nd single, “World Love”, in 2011, featuring Kalenna Harper and produced by the famous American label G Production (P Diddy, Snoop Dogg, Timati, etc.). The explosive encounter between DJ Rim’s sound and the crystalline voice of the singer from P Diddy’s group “DIDDY DIRTY MONEY” has produced a vibrant, forceful piece of music.
In the summer of 2011, he shared the billing with Timati at the Gotha Club in Cannes, France, with Quentin Mosimann at the “Paradise Boat” in French-speaking Switzerland, with the Swanky Tunes and Tim Mason at the Palladium and with Chuckie, Alesso and Chris Kaeser at the Lake Parade in Geneva.
